Membership fees with a definite number of coming you can use for all classes in all terms. Membership fee lasts 30 days and cannot be used more. Please show them before the beginning of the class. You can start practising at any time of the year. If it is necessary, it is possible to prolong the fee for 7 days more, but you need to tell us before.

YOGA STYLES

Ashtanga led

A guided class: a teacher guides students through a primary series, following in a dynamic way the same sequence of positions.

Vinyasa flow

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic style of yoga in which there is a precise sequence of asanas, which brings to deep concentration and stopping of thoughts.

Ashtanga Mysore

It is the traditional way of practising ashtanga yoga which derives from Sri. K. Pathabi Jois. In comparison to other styles which are guided,a student practises independently his series with a teacher's control.

Slow Flow

This class is characterised by a slower rhythm and a focused movement with greater awareness of a breath.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga according to the teachings of Yoga Bhajan is also known under the name Yoga of Awareness.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga with poses that are held for longer time. It is a more meditative approach to yoga.
